Privacy Policy
This notice covers this website. It explains what we collect when you sign up, how we count visits, and what you can ask of us.
Who is responsible
Nibblio is based at the Science and Technology Park Novi Sad, Fruškogorska 1, Novi Sad, Serbia. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect when you sign up
When you join the beta or ask about a pilot, we keep:
- your email address;
- whether you joined the beta or asked about a pilot, and the language of the page;
- the page you signed up on and how you reached the site, for example a search engine, a link on another site or the name of a campaign.
We use this to send your beta invite or to reply about a pilot, and to understand which channels bring people to Nibblio. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Analytics without cookies
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. On our own server we also count clicks on the sign-up buttons and completed sign-ups, as daily totals with no personal data.
Cookies and storage
This website sets no cookies. It remembers your language choice in your browser's local storage, which stays on your device.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare hosts the website, stores sign-ups and provides the analytics, and may process data outside Serbia and the European Union. When you sign up, your e-mail address is also forwarded to our team by e-mail through the FormSubmit service. One decorative photo on the home page is loaded from Unsplash, which receives your IP address when the photo loads. Fonts are served from this website, not from Google.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-up details while we need them for the beta or the pilot, and delete them earlier if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (poverenik.rs), or to the data protection authority in your EU country.
